This Privacy Policy explains how Flying Village ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the WebRTC Quality Analytics application (the "App") and this website.

1. The App: we do not collect your data

The App is designed for zero external egress:

All processing takes place inside your own Databricks workspace. Storage is your Unity Catalog, compute is your SQL warehouse, and AI diagnosis runs on your workspace's Model Serving endpoints.
We do not access, collect, receive, or store any data you upload to or process with the App, and the App sends no telemetry, usage statistics, or crash reports to us or to any third party.
As a data-minimization measure, the App redacts TURN credentials and drops SDP bodies at parse time, and can mask IP addresses.

Because we never receive your data, you (and your organization) remain the controller of all data processed with the App.

2. This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The language preference you choose is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted to us.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare, as our hosting provider, may process technical connection data (such as IP addresses) transiently for content delivery and security purposes. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

3. Contact by email

If you contact us at info@flying-village.com, we receive the information you choose to send (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message). We use it only to respond to and manage your inquiry, retain it no longer than necessary for that purpose, and do not share it with third parties except where required by law.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you (in practice, limited to email correspondence) by contacting us at the address below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan.

5. Security

We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect the limited personal information we handle against loss, unauthorized access, and disclosure.

6. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with its effective date shown above.

7. Language

This Policy is prepared in Japanese and English. In case of any inconsistency, the Japanese version shall prevail.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Flying Village（以下「当社」）が、 WebRTC Quality Analyticsアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）および本ウェブサイトに関連して情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明するものです。

1. 本アプリ：当社は利用者のデータを収集しません

本アプリは外部送信ゼロ（zero external egress）を設計方針としています。

すべての処理は利用者自身のDatabricksワークスペース内で行われます。保存先は利用者のUnity Catalog、計算は利用者のSQLウェアハウス、 AI診断は利用者のワークスペースのModel Servingエンドポイントで実行されます。
当社が、利用者が本アプリに投入または処理するデータにアクセスし、収集し、受領し、または保存することはありません。また、本アプリが当社または第三者にテレメトリ、利用統計、クラッシュレポートを送信することもありません。
データ最小化の措置として、本アプリはパース時にTURN認証情報を秘匿化し、 SDP本文を破棄し、IPアドレスをマスクすることができます。

当社は利用者のデータを受領しないため、本アプリで処理されるデータの管理者は利用者（およびその組織）です。

2. 本ウェブサイト

本ウェブサイトはCookieを設定せず、アクセス解析や広告トラッカーも使用しません。選択された言語設定はブラウザ内（localStorage）にのみ保存され、当社に送信されることはありません。
本ウェブサイトはCloudflare Pagesでホスティングされています。ホスティング事業者であるCloudflareは、コンテンツ配信およびセキュリティの目的で、接続に関する技術的データ（IPアドレス等）を一時的に処理することがあります。詳細は Cloudflareのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

3. メールによるお問い合わせ

info@flying-village.com 宛にお問い合わせいただいた場合、当社はお送りいただいた情報（氏名、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容等）を受領します。これらはお問い合わせへの対応および管理の目的でのみ利用し、当該目的に必要な期間を超えて保持せず、法令に基づく場合を除き第三者に提供しません。

4. 開示等の請求

当社が保有する個人情報（実際にはメールでのやり取りに限られます）について、開示、訂正、削除等をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までご請求ください。個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の適用法令に従って対応します。

5. 安全管理措置

当社は、取り扱う個人情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損の防止その他の安全管理のために、合理的な組織的・技術的措置を講じます。

6. 改定

当社は、本ポリシーを随時改定することがあります。最新版は常に本ページに掲載し、上部に施行日を表示します。

7. 言語

本ポリシーは日本語および英語で作成されます。両者に齟齬がある場合は、日本語版が優先します。
