Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WebRTC Quality Analytics application (the "App") provided by Flying Village ("we", "us") and of this website. By installing or using the App, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. The App
The App is a Databricks App distributed via the Databricks Marketplace.
It analyzes WebRTC call-quality data (such as
chrome://webrtc-internals dumps) entirely inside your own
Databricks workspace.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the App within your organization's Databricks workspace. The App is currently provided free of charge; we may introduce paid plans for future versions or additional features with prior notice.
3. Relationship to Databricks
The App runs on the Databricks platform, which is provided by Databricks, Inc. under your separate agreement with Databricks. We are not responsible for the Databricks platform itself, and Databricks is not a party to these Terms.
4. Your Data and Your Responsibilities
- The App processes data entirely within your Databricks workspace. We do not access, collect, receive, or store your data, and the App transmits no telemetry to us or to any third party.
- You are responsible for the data you upload to the App, including obtaining any consents or providing any notices required by applicable law when analyzing communication metadata of your users (for example, under telecommunications or employee-monitoring rules in your jurisdiction).
- You are responsible for access control and security configuration of your own Databricks workspace.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, this website, and all related documentation and materials are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not: (a) use the App or this website for unlawful purposes; (b) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App except as permitted by the Databricks Marketplace; or (c) interfere with the operation of this website.
7. Quality Metrics and AI Output
MOS scores are estimates based on a simplified ITU-T G.107 E-model, and AI diagnosis output is generated by machine-learning models. Both are provided for informational purposes only, may be inaccurate, and do not constitute professional advice. Decisions based on them are your own responsibility.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the App or this website. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App during the twelve months preceding the claim (which is zero while the App is free). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Changes; Suspension; Termination
We may modify or discontinue the App or this website, and may amend these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be announced on this website or through the Databricks Marketplace listing. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
12. Language
These Terms are prepared in Japanese and English. In case of any inconsistency, the Japanese version shall prevail.
